Private members club bringing people together in a safe, warm environment for friendship, food, entertainment, fun and games.
Set in the centre of historic Market Harborough, we are a Members’ Club with; bowls, snooker, pool, skittles, darts, crib and chess.
The club provides a warm welcome in the bar to over 1,000 members, their guests and affiliated members, a wealth of social activities along with regular entertainment and superb catering.

Live events and social activities at the Market Harborough Conservative Club play an important role in bringing members together. The club hosts a range of regular and one-off events throughout the year, providing opportunities to socialise, relax, and enjoy time with others in a friendly setting.
The events calendar is updated regularly and includes a variety of fun and popular social gatherings and live entertainment. Members are encouraged to take part in the events helping to maintain the club’s strong sense of community.

Snooker
Snooker at the Market Harborough Conservative Club is a well-established and popular part of the club’s facilities. The club has three full-size snooker tables, all recently recovered and located in a dedicated games area. The MHCC is the only venue in Market Harborough with full-size snooker tables, making it a valued resource for local players.
The tables are available for use by members and their guests during normal opening hours. Snooker is played on a pay-per-use basis, with tokens available from the bar. The facilities are suitable for casual games, regular practice, or friendly competition in a relaxed club environment.
Lawn Bowls
Lawn bowls at the Market Harborough Conservative Club is a sport steeped in history, tradition, and community spirit. The MHCC Bowls Club has existed since before 1776, as shown on old town maps, making it one of the oldest recreational bowling greens in the area. For generations, the club has been a place where both competitive and friendly matches have flourished, with the green carefully maintained and improved over the years to ensure a high standard of play for members and visitors alike.
Today, the Bowls Club continues to thrive, offering a welcoming environment for players of all abilities. The club organises internal competitions, regular roll-ups, and seasonal fixtures, all played in line with Bowls England guidelines. Membership is open to anyone interested in casual or competitive lawn bowls, and new members are warmly encouraged each season.
